Leigh-Smith Yachts as central agents is pleased to present the 2011 Linden Kotter 65 Pobeda to the market. Dutch built with passion and quality, resilient steel hull motor yacht designed for crossing oceans in style, comfort and above all safety. Construction of Pobeda started in 2011 and commissioned by the Dutch builders in 2014.
The one and only owners spent four glorious years travelling the Mediterranean. In 2018 Pobeda immigrated to Australia to enjoy exploring the beautiful clear Whitsunday waters. In 2020 Pobeda underwent an 18month refit to freshen up the interior. Stepping onto the vessel, you feel like you have boarded a brand-new boat. The full teak interior has been well maintained and her furnishings tasteful and bright. Equipment such Asher water maker and zero-speed fin stabilisers are luxuries that will enhance your enjoyment onboard. Additional notable features are air-conditioning throughout, and if you were to find yourself in cooler climates such as Tasmania or New Zealand you can bask in the warmth of her diesel heater.
The attention to detail onboard Pobeda is remarkable. Entering the cockpit, this magnificent space sets the tone for the rest of the yacht. You will be forgiven for wanting to immediately settle into the spacious lounge, sit back and relax while taking in the surrounding water views. If you enjoy hosting gatherings of friends, family, and colleagues, this will be your entertainment hub. The cockpit which is covered by a hardtop roof has covers to fully enclose the space protecting you from the elements and is equipped with an icemaker, wet bar to port, and immaculate Italian BBQ to starboard. Between these features are two beautiful teak doors opening the main saloon doubling your entertaining area. The main saloon is uncluttered with a comfortable U-shaped lounge to port and three matching tub chairs opposite.
The large windows surrounding the pilothouse provide magnificent views and plenty of natural light. On rainy days or relaxed evenings, curl up on the lounge to watch your favourite movies on the LG 55" hi/lo flat screen TV with Fusion sound system. Forward of the lounge area is the helm station featuring two deluxe leather helm chairs. The navigation station is simply impressive. Everything you need to drive this vessel is at your fingertips on an uncluttered teak panel. The twin24-inch Furuno Nav Net screens are perfectly positioned and include a FLIR camera systemin enhancing visibility around the boat. Steps from the helm station lead down to the midship L-shaped galley.
Consistent with the rest of the boat, this fully teak area is spacious and uncluttered with plenty of room for meal preparation for the family or a boat full of guests. Fitted with an upright full-height Gaggenau fridge and freezer, there is plenty of room for perishables. Create your mouth-watering meals in the Miele steam oven or if you prefer a delicious roast in the baking oven. After dinner, sit back and relax while the Miele dishwasher takes care of the cleaning up. The accommodation on Pobeda is four cabins luxuriously appointed including the midship full beam master stateroom accompanied by a large ensuite. The remaining three quest cabins have a large shared bathroom.
Off the boarding platform the stairs to starboard lift up and we enter the engineering department, where the workmanship excels to the highest standard. Pobeda is driven by a single John Deere 6090SFM75 9.0L 375hp & Auxiliary John Deere 156MCD 4.5L 81hp.Vetus Hydraulic Bow and Stern Thrusters are a massive boost in when it comes to docking.
